Hayvenhurst Avenue

We’ve been living here since 2014,we are a family of 4,mom,dad,son and daughter(will visit us occasionally from university)Tenant would not share room, would have access to swimming pool,bbq grill area,no parking other than curbside street parking,central air conditioning,private full bathroom 2 steps from room,Tenant rules would be found on back of room door,room has window with back patio/swimming pool view,mirror sliding doors closet,access to kitchen but would have to use own kitchenware(if planning on using kitchen).
