Hi! I’m looking for a short-term roommate (3-6months) to share a furnished 2BD 2BA condo front unit overlooking 4th street in downtown Long Beach. $975 + utilities, and $500 security deposit.

About the room: The bedroom has a daybed. You can also bring your own bed, whatever you prefer :)

About the condo: largest floor-plan in the building, bathroom is inside of your room, brand new washer/dryer in unit, parking space + free guest parking, across the street from park, two blocks from 24hr sports fitness, 10 minute walk to Pine Ave restaurants and entertainment, 10 minute drive to beach, and multiple streaming services on living room TV.

I’m a female professional, travel bi-monthly for work, semi-introvert, and enjoy nature. I’m looking for a professional who values cleanliness. I’m not looking for a roommate that works remote, has pets (sorry!), bring the party home, or have a lot of weekend company. Someone who travels - for work or pleasure - is a plus!
