****Rent price cut in half ( we will split rent and utilities ) This apartment is a two bedroom, located right near the center of Shepherdstown. It’s location is perfect for anyone who goes to shepherd college but wants the space and freedom which dorms don’t really give. It’s a great walking distance to really anything in town, TownRun, HMart , Mexican restaurants ect. , and about a five minute walk from campus. The apartment itself has great lighting (with a window in every room), as well as wooden floors , and pretty great closet space. The only downside is there is no washer and dryer. It’s an open floor concept, leaving it up to you on how you want the apartment setup. At this time it is fully furnished (by me) but I’m open to switching it up. I am an online student and plan on moving out of state within this year, so if you wanted to find an apartment to share with someone I won’t be here for long and we can work something out. This apartment comes with heat(in every room) , and I have two air conditioners that I will leave here whenever I do move (you’re welcome lol) . As far as rules it’s pretty standard and honestly they’ve (Apex , who I rent from) never really stressed any particular rule. The only rule I have is keep things clean. Also apex doesn’t allow pets , but you can get around that by signing your pet up as a service animal (then they literally can’t tell you no) .
