Hello, Nice Sunny Room furnished or unfurnished in a large 3 bedrooms apartment First floor,very sunny and quiet,with two roommates,one is working everyday from 6am to 10pm so you rarely going to see him. 3 blocks walk to the 2/3 train,5 blocks to the 4/5 train and 6 blocks to the A/C train. Half block walk to the laundry,store,restaurant,deli,supermarket. Few blocks walk to Nostrand av or Franklin av,lot of restaurant,food market,bar,coffee shop,store. 10 mn walk to prospect park,botanic garden,brooklyn museum,25 mn to union square with the 4 train,30 mn to the beach.
