South Melrose Street

Central Tacoma location just north of Allenmore Golf Course. Three bedrooms all upstairs. I will be in the master and you can chose from one of the other two rooms! Only renting to one roomie so the house isn’t too busy. The downstairs has a large kitchen with island along with 14ft vaulted ceilings in the living space with a flat screen above the fireplace. I am a recently 31 y/o recently divorced male who is a foreman electrician in Seattle. No house rules but I do have 2 cats that reside here and both are very friendly but timid around dogs.
