I am a graduate student renting a duplex home in Cordova seeking someone to take over the master bedroom/bathroom. The place is fully furnished including a washer and dryer, so you would only need to furnish your room. The property is right off of Germantown Parkway and Corodova road so easy access to anything. The property also includes a fenced in backyard. You would have your own parking spot as well as the master bedroom and bathroom for $550 a month. We would split the utilities and WiFi (not included in rent). I am just looking for a positive, clean, and responsible roommate.

I am a single female graduate student who works and goes to school . I have one small dog who is a senior Jack Russell and well behaved. I love Fitness, going to Shelby farms and hanging with friends. I am very laid back, friendly and clean. I am just looking for a positive, clean, and responsible roommate.
