Hey all! Seeking a roommate for our downtown apartment! We live in a cute & well-maintained 3-bedroom duplex down a quaint side street downtown (Edison St.) – right in the heart of the new Maven district (900 S 200 E). The lively neighborhood and local shops are right in our backyard (Randy’s Records, La Barba, Normal Ice Cream, multiple boutiques, etc.), along with the Salt Lake Arts Academy. We’re also just a few blocks from Liberty park, and less than a 5 minute bike ride from the heart of the financial district downtown. The room itself is great; Well maintained, quite spacious, gorgeous lighting throughout the day, and has an open-door closet. We have all the modern amenities (AC, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, etc.)

TLDR; $700/month + Utilities Move in date: September 1st Lease: Minimum 9 month lease Duplex Home in Maven District downtown (900 S 200 E) Animals are negotiable

About us! Madeline is a 26 year old nurse who is also a comedian! (Jk, but not jk). She is hilarious and just graduated with her Bachelor’s degree and is attending medical school later this year. Madison is 32 year old graphic designer & dancer. She loves being creative & loves being outdoors and getting her sweat on (fitness gal). We have a Cat: Boots is Madeline’s 3 year old cat – who is a sweet Queen that everyone falls in love with immediately. (She may be leaving when Madeline goes to Europe this fall, so pets can be negotiable) We are not LDS. We drink and smoke recreationally. We have a ton of fun! We invite friends over, drink, dance, play games; but this definitely isn’t a frat party house. We like to play hard, but we work hard too. We also love a clean house at the end of the day (we all contribute) Our ideal lady would be somewhere in our age range (26-32) that has a solid & reliable job/career.
