Moon Rock

I own my house. I pay HOA so there’s a pool, a walking trail, and a park in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have two boys and one dog! The room I’m renting is upstairs, it has a pretty good size closet and the bathroom is right by the room. Bills and unlimited internet included! I prefer a female roommate, non-smoker, no pets, no children (sorry), must be responsible and clean. I will discuss more rules once we meet. Feel free to ask questions! Thanks.
