Located in Grandview a couple of blocks from Grandview Ave. Local restaurants are easily walkable. Quiet building in a quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by large trees with the front door facing a flowered courtyard in the center of the building. Large first floor living living area with 3 sliding glass doors opening out onto balconies. Apartment is just under 13 hundred square feet. Available bedroom is large - 14’x10’ with a full closet and wall width window facing the courtyard. Bedroom door is across the hall from the upstairs bathroom. This is shared but is jack and jill style with separate sink and mirror areas for each tenant. All items in the bedroom shown in the photos will be gone at move in, but the rest of the apartment will remain furnished.

I have been living here for about 1.5 years and am looking for a new roommate as my current is leaving to begin his Phd. I love animals and you will normally find me reading, at the gym, bar or working. I have many interests including philosophy and Russian literature but I am happy to spend most of my time just shooting the breeze. I am also pretty into sports and fitness but am happy to learn about whatever you are interested in. I like to keep things clean but am pretty laid back. Though tidy, it doesn’t keep me up at night
