About the room
It is a 3 Bed/2B. You would have 1 bedroom and sharing a bathroom. Utilities are not included it is split 4 ways. Rent is due on the 1st, no later then. Please no couples. Your agreement will be month-2-month as long as you like. Deposit: Negotiable (refundable)
