Garage has full freezer/fridge for sole use of renter(s), with plenty of garage storage for bike and outdoor gear. Exercise room with flat screen TV; great room with 50 in flat screen tv, fireplace and baby grand piano; large, fully equipped kitchen; furnished covered patio with Weber gas grill overlooking lovely landscaped yard to be shared. On site laundry. Street parking in front and side of this corner lot home. Owner is health conscious so home has whole house water filtration and will provide plant based, organic cleaners. Linens and paper goods provided. Cleaning deposit $100 additional. Credit and background check may be required at $40, or advanced payment for length of stay or month to month may be negotiated in lieu of credit check.
