Each roommate gets private bedroom with key, large closet, private bathroom, washer dryer in unit, assigned parking spot, fenced patio, view of pool, gym, basketball, study area in community center, barbecue, on bus route, about 1 mile from TAMU campus. No pets (unless small in cage) and no smoking. $575/mo per room. Cable, internet, water included. Others not included but only averages about $50/month total each roommate. Each bedroom comes partially furnished, common areas furnished but flexible. Current tenants are full time TAMU students, males, very easy going and easy to get along with. Contact us asap!
