Small room for rent in 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home Ridgefield/Salmon Creek area. Very close to Salmon Creek Fred Meyer and right off the I-5 and 179th exit. Looking for someone who is single (no couples) who has a full-time job. We all work and expect others to also. This is a party-free and smoke-free home. Two guys in their 40s who work full-time and keep to themselves. The room has a bed and nightstand now but doesn’t need to stay that way. You’re free to use the clean bed or bring your own. Please be aware that this is a small room. Perfect for a bed, nightstand or dresser and TV. Minimal storage space in the home. On street parking. Share bathroom with one other roommate. Free use of the kitchen and laundry room. Use the living room and kitchen as much as you like just no couch camping please. We’re very clean, healthy and respectful roommates and we expect the same from you. IMPORTANT! Must be able to pass a background check and no in-and-out random visitors. The house is quiet after 9 pm and we aim to keep it that way. We’re not prude sticklers but we want to keep the balance in the house the way it is. We casually have drinks and cook together on weekends. Asking $500 a month (which includes ALL utilities) and $300 security deposit that is refundable when moving out (assuming there’s no damage and room has been cleaned).
