Rainbow Drive

Myself and my partner are looking for a single male, gay friendly roommate, for our beautiful, fully renovated home (which has a West Elm/Crate and Barrel vibe to it) in Lathrup Village. We live in the attic which was completely redone and we will be renting the large original master bedroom in the house which is located opposite to the living areas. We are located on a private half acre lot that has easy access to Southfield Drive and 696 and are approximately a 7-10 minute drive to both Ferndale and Royal Oak, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to provide some peace and quiet when needed. We have a single female cat who is declawed and would prefer a roommate with no additional pets. The bathroom on the ground floor would be semi-shared, as the attic has a full bath, however any visitors would be using the ground floor restroom in addition to yourself. Additionally, my partner works from home from a room we have designated as an office space so throughout the day we can grab packages immediately. Enjoy common amenities such as large living and kitchen areas, over 1000 sqft of finished basement space with a living room set up that we would make available to you, and large backyard with a BBQ on the back patio.
