Room for rent in the historic South Highlands neighborhood, one block from Betty Virginia Park. This is a lovely neighborhood with a very quiet house on a dead-end street. Garage area workshop private room with shared bathroom. There is seating on the front porch and a smoking area for those who smoke. Internet and utilities are included. I work and mostly stay in my room or the art room; you basically have the living room and private room to yourself. Garage shed area with tools and saws, etc. If you enjoy making things, just clean up after yourself. I also have mechanic tools, jacks, and jack stands if cars are your thing. I wouldn’t mind a female, but I believe my lifestyle and art projects would be more acceptable to a male.

Super chill and laid-back, I’m all about letting people do their own thing as long as it doesn’t bother me. I’m not bothered by much, so do you!I work from home a few days a week and then go to a physical location for the rest. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I don’t have to worry about anyone else’s interruptions. If you are, you may not be a good fit. I have two adorable Boston Terrier pups who are annoying and love to snuggle. However, we are not looking to add any more pets to our household at the moment. That being said, we may be open to considering it on a case-by-case basis.
