Offering the entire upstairs area of my 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome and home privileges, this room has its hallway and bath(nice shower);

-Spacious very private room/bath 15’ X 17’ optional microwave, optional small fridge, and a portable air conditioner in the room. kitchen fridge is shared with me

Beautiful location, the beach is within 5-7 min. drive, freeways are within 3 min away, toll road is 1 min away. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Cross streets are Crown Valley and Greenfield Dr.
