The house has two floors with 7 bedrooms. We have a large backyard with pleasing landscape & fruit trees, and a barbecue which is perfect for the summers. The neighborhood around the house is quiet, convenient, and comfortable. The location is one block away from 210 freeway and within 12 minutes to Ontario Airport, Ontario Mill shopping mall, Vitoria Garden shopping center, Chaffy College, and Central Park. Mountain Heights ski resort is nearby and you can enjoy the view with snow on the mountain top. Stater bros, 99 Ranch, Farmer, Ralphs, and Vons market, Starbucks coffee are in the walking distance.   There is a walking trail beside the community where you can ride your bike or horse and do the jogging & walking. Central Park is about one mile away where you can enjoy the facilities including GYM in your free time.

You will be sharing the house with Chaffey college students, and employed individuals. We welcome everyone of all backgrounds and ages, and are looking for someone who can share the space with our peers.
