The current lease ends on July 31, 2019, but you can renew the lease if you want to. You’ll be living with a quiet and neat professional in his 20’s working in finance. Rent is $2275/mo, but negotiable.

The building is a 24 hour doorman building with great amenities like 2 rooftops with barbecue grills, 24 hour gym and full basketball court, and in-unit laundry. The room has an amazing view of Manhattan, too.

If you plan on working in Midtown East (think Lex, Park, Mad, 5th, etc) this spring / summer, this is the best location given most commutes are 10-15 minutes door-to-door (take the E or M).
