This comfortable, furnished, 2 bdrm, 2 bath, oceanfront condo, with a 22-ft balcony is overlooking the swimming pool, and beautiful Atlantic ocean! All one needs is his/her clothes and personal items to move in! The new roommate/tenant will have his/her own room, closet, and bathroom with full use of the kitchen, dining room, and den (i.e. common areas).

This very clean residential condo has direct beach access on a pet-free (no pets) beach and (no pets) building too. The location is in a sought-after beach area with restaurants like Stonewood Grill, Peach Valley, Wild Rabbit, LuLus and more, and drug stores also are all within walking distance.

The security deposit is one month’s rent, and the first and last month’s rent too will be collected at time of leasing as well. The rent is $1,350. per month and includes water, gas, electricity, cable, and Internet. (This amount is below other rentals and is a bargain, and the right roommate will know it!) A background check will be one of the rental terms.

As the owner, I am responsible for self and roommate to adhere to all HOA guidelines which includes quiet time at 10PM at the pool area, and no smoking in the building. No more than 2 guest are allowed at anytime at the pool, and the tenant must remain with guest(s) and guest(s) too must adhere to pool/facility guidelines which includes no food or drink on the pool deck NOR loud music.

I am an older female, but young at heart. I am a teacher seeking a non-smoker, non-drug user, and preferably non-drinking roommate that is very neat, organized, and does not need to have my company nor have their own company to enjoy the beautiful sunshiny beach of Ormond Beach.
