East Apache Boulevard

The Apartment is located one block away from Arizona State University and just a couple more blocks away from Mill Ave. It has plenty of ammenities including a rooftop pool/gaming area that is unlike any other in Tempe. Along with this it has a very spacious gym with massage chairs located just a floor above! It has in unit washer/dryer, furnished, and since it is the master room has its own bathroom and walk in closet. My Roomate is very independent. He cooks, cleans, and buys all of his own stuff. He spends a lot of time gaming in his room and I have never had any issues.
