1st Street Northwest

I have a three story townhome in the Arts and Design Destrict of Carmel. Walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants, including breweries and wineries. I live here along with my 2 year old dog Daisy. It’s 1600sq ft. You have your own room and bathroom . There is laundry and half bath on main floor . If you have a smaller sedan , you can have a garage space or use part of garage for storage . MUST love dogs, be tidy and clean and be respectful. I love to entertain and would love to include my roommate in that . But, no raging parties or random guests back in the middle of the night. I love wine, beer and vodka, cooking , playing with my dog and laying low during the week. On weekends I’m active and not around much . Age range : 24-33. I’ll be 29 soon.
