Roommate wanted in West Loop. Corner of Adams St and Green St.
You can choose either the master bedroom for $1,225/months or the smaller bedroom for $975. Security deposit is 1 month of rent, and no move-in fee. Electricity, gas and internet are extra, we’ll just split it 50/50.
Plenty of street parking. Washer/dryer in the apartment. The current roommate can leave his bed if you want it. Wooden floor, plenty of light (facing south). Shared bathroom and one extra toilet.
MUST be clean and pay rent on time. Dogs not allowed by owner.
Super close to many things! Grocery stores, banks, cafes, restaurants, gyms, highways, train and CTA station, UIC, etc.
