The quaint neighborhood offers homes from three bedroom 2000 square feet, it’s small, but cute townhomes. We are offering one room to be rented out with a private bathroom as well. One lake is conveniently located to top ranked schools serving the community, well known retail stores, and just minutes away from Travis Air Force base, and local eateries.

We are a Christian married couple seeking a male tenant that is clean, pays rent on timely manner, responsible, no drama, and is respectful of boundaries. We have one private small single room for rent with private bathroom nestled in the heart of One lake Fairfield,ca.

Amenities: The living room has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. We have all Ashley furniture, and it has high vaulted ceilings. A brand new dining set from Ashely was just purchased a few days ago. I upgrade all my furniture every 4 years from Ashley, with all brand new furniture. You have Full access to the kitchen, in home residence washer/dryer, WiFi, Netflix without cable tv is all accessible in your room! Indulge in a way of life that offers the extra amenities you have been yearning for! You will have access to the swimming pool, park, a beautiful view of the lake from the comfort of your room, and there’s a peaceful walking trail here. Residents of one lake walk in the mornings and evening times daily because they enjoy the nature that One lakes has to offer.

Expectations of roommates: Cleanliness, no shoes in the home, responsibility( pay rent on time), a sense of firm boundaries, and respectfulness is a must! If you display all these 3 qualities we will get along well. We as a Christian household also have these 3 qualities as well, and we are seeking for someone similar to our lifestyle. We have had roommates that have stayed here for 2 to 3 years and only moved out due to a job change, so we are very easy to get along with and expect the same from you. The targeted audience is working full time, on the go, and having an active lifestyle male tenant.

Space: The room comes with multiple amenities. You will receive access to kayaking around the lake, journeys coffee shop walking distance, a horticultural garden, the hoa is building a pool and clubhouse, you will have a beautiful view of the lake from the comfort of your bedroom. In the upcoming future, one lakes plan on building an amphitheater, Italian restaurant, and a multipurpose gym. We are in a prime location, just a short distance from the freeways I 80 east towards Fairfield, Napa, and concord. There’s also entertainment venues nearby.

Communication: Things happen, and the best way to communicate with me is through phone, text, or in person. Effective communication is a must. We all say things with concern in a way where we can all get along well. Basically we say things in a constructive way, and therefore collaboratively seeking a intervention/solution that works for all members of the household. Vice versa. Peace and comfort in a home is two priorities of what we all are searching for. I am available by text, in person, or by phone from the hours of 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. If there is an issue with anything that needs repair, I will try my very best to take care of the issue ASAP, please allow 24 to 72 hours for repairs. If it’s a maintenance issue, ordering parts and installation does take time; therefore, it depends on their schedule of when the mechanic is available to repair the problem. However, this wouldn’t be an issue because I take care of things ASAP.

Direct communication is a requirement. We are solution focused people, and we focus on creating solutions for any misunderstandings. We make things easy, convenient, and straightforward and expect the same for you. We do not have time to go in circles, direct solutions are what we focus on.

Security deposit is Refundable if the property is in the same condition as it was when I showed you the room. It’s also refundable if you give at least one month notice before moving out. *** Please keep in mind (no damage) is to happen financially during the duration of renting the room ie: items missing, items broken, items disappearing without permission, damaged items, etc.

The One lakes community is conveniently located between Sacramento, San Francisco, and its only 15 min away from the wine country, Napa. Military, traveling nurses, or full time working professionals are encouraged to apply, the room is good for only one male person, but serious inquires only please. If you are not working full time, please do not apply. All of us work full time and we would love someone similar to us.

Six months or longer is strongly preferred, I will consider a sublease I just need an honest answer of how long your duration of the stay will be, the goal is to keep the private room occupied. The private room will be available on the first of the month, and the rent per month will be 1270 utilites included. The room can be furnished just pls let me know before you move in. The room is only good for one male tenant. I have been renting out rooms since the year 2014, and have been successful at it. Most of my roomates have stayed for years.

Roomie 1: My husband jake and I will be in the master bedroom. He’s very easy to get along with and he works a full time job as well as I do.

Roomie 2: Leonard my Roomate who just moved here is very easy to get along with, he works long shifts.
