BRAND NEW renovated shared apartment. GIRL ROOMMATE PLEASE! 25 years old +
I am moving out of my apartment and need someone to take over my lease. 1 bedroom and OWN full bathroom, use anything in the kitchen, ENTIRE apartment furnished ( NOT bedroom or bathroom though). Rent is $900 a month + utilities (typically 30-60$/ month). Me and my roommate are the only ones to have lived in this apartment since it being renovated! Roommate is a single, Full time working, 30 year old girl.. she is hardly ever home and when she is keeps to herself. She is super outgoing and friendly! Looking for a 25 year old + girl to take over my rent for me please!! Street parking or can pay $25 for a assigned parking spot, apartment complex has a big gym, 2 pools, 2 spas, multiple laundry units ( Laundry unit right across walkway from apartment), super quiet relaxed apartment complex.
MOVE IN DATE April 1! I am looking to leave ASAP! So depending on when you move in 1St month rent PRORATED!!
