Hi there! I am looking for a female roommate between the ages of 26-35 for my second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Seabridge complex in Huntington Beach, just over a mile to the beach and Pacific City! You will get your own private bedroom and bathroom. My condo is renovated, has an in unit laundry, and is fully furnished. You can have the option to have your bedroom furnished as well. The complex is gaurd gated, has garage assigned parking, multiple pools, tennis courts, a gym, sauna, and beautiful walkways. I live there too! I am a 28 year old female working professional. I’m very easy going, clean, and respectful. I’m looking for someone who’s also clean and respectful. No smoking or drugs! Move in between March 23- April 1
