Hello! I’m a 30-year-old working female with a current apartment in Huntington Beach. My roommate will be moving out at the beginning of June, and I am looking for someone to take her place. We would be renewing the lease with your name replacing her’s so you will need to qualify with the apartment complex. The layout of the apartment is perfect for a roommate situation- 2 dual masters! (Opposite sides of the apartment, no shared walls, own bathroom!) Very open and large living/dining room/kitchen. Once my roommate leaves, I’ll need a tv stand and rug for the living room, but everything else is pretty much covered! We’re on the second floor with an outside patio overlooking one of the 2 pools/spas. There’s a decent-sized on-site laundry room. There is a small gym that has the basics, or you can join me at the bootcamp/spin/yoga studio next door! There is one carport parking spot and convenient open parking. My roommate and I just take turns. I work in Irvine Monday through Friday 9-5ish and stay pretty busy. Occasionally, I just like to relax at home with a book and TV and some wine. Sometimes, I go out, but I don’t “bring the party home,” though not against you if you do from time to time on the weekends. Overnight guests are perfectly fine (I mean, we’re adults, right?!) I would love to find someone that I can get along great with and even develop a friendship with. I think it’s important to be comfortable with the person you’re living with!
