Hello. I have a single room with a bathroom that is yours but shared with guests. (I don’t have many). It’s a beautiful home with an amazing back yard including a garden. Driveway parking and some storage. Large closet and a mounted tv with steaming on my account. Some furniture will be available in the bedroom if needed. I have two sweet non shedding dogs. That is the community dog limit, so no additional dogs can be added to the home.
The community has a pool and clubhouse which offers many great activities if interested. It’s is a very safe community. My home offers a front gate for added security. The dogs help too. Must be over 55.

I am a 61 year old massage therapist who is easy going and likes a quiet environment especially in the mornings. I keep things clean and tidy and have a house keeper who comes for bathrooms and other places. It would be helpful if a roommate would pitch in for this but not required I’m in and out during the day. I drink coffee in the morning and am always happy to share coffee with you. I’m open to sharing meals and enjoy cooking. In my back room I sew and make quilts. I love baseball and cooking shows too.
