It is pretty spacious and open. Same size as the master bedroom actually. There is one other christian laid back male in the 3rd bedroom so there would be a total of 3 people in a 2300 sq ft house with finished basement/mancave and 3 levels so you never feel like you are on top of anyone and have your own space.

The house is 7 miles SE of downtown handy to pretty much everything. I’m a little bit of a tech nerd so there are all kinds of smart house features if that means anything to you. Little about me, I’m a 34 year old straight christian male who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Mostly golf and bball but enjoy watching all. Also love music/playing and listening. I’m not over the top religious but i would appreciate your lifestyle to be compatible with someone that is low key and and has a christian worldview. Price would be all inclusive. So electricity, water, trash, high speed internet, and cable(with every channel that exists) included in the rent. I do it this way so there is no fluctuation on your bill and can budget accordingly. Also because I’m the owner of the house, you don’t have to deal with an offsite landlord and major things would get fixed super quick. Also important to note, because I’m the owner, i want it to be a good fit so there is no long term lease.
