We split all of the bills and have a cleaning service come twice a month to clean the common areas.

Current roommates are 2 guys and 2 girls with jobs in Finance, Architecture, Management Consulting and Fashion. Mid-twenties to early Thirties.

We have small get-togethers from time to time but never bring the party home. All in all pretty quiet after 10pm.
