-I love Knollwood community . It is a gated community next to their own park if you love to jog and it is so convenient and near by the Boynton Beach Mall, grocery Stores, restaurants, gyms, library and if no car the bus stop is just next to the entrance of our community. it is a very clean and quit neighborhood and the amenities are included on the rent ( GYM, BIG POOL) . -We are looking just for a female to be our roommate, we are a Hispanic, hard working family of 4 (a marriage couple with 2 girls and 1 puppy) Rent price includes cable, internet, electric and water, security alarm on the house and sticker barcode to enter the community ). Sorry but we don’t allow any more pets. *THIS MASTER BEDROOM DO NOT HAVE A PRIVATE ENTRANCE TO THE HOUSE and has a inside private large bathroom 2 walking closets. -The room is in the second floor and we also can share the kitchen and our roommate can use washer and dryer one time per week. We want a decent female and please serious candidates will have to interview with us over the phone or in person. I will not reply any emails just phone calls or text. -we will ask for FIRST, LAST AND 1 MONTH OF SECURITY DEPOSIT, a $40 dollars non refundable application fee which will include a background check. we are flexible with credit score if low. -No weapons are allow in our house since we have children.
