The three-story townhouse has just been renovated and is located in Brewerytown. It is about a mile to Temple University and 3/4 of a mile to Brewerytown’s main strip. Easy on-street parking. Honestly, this home is absolutely stunning, and it is a huge space for the area at 1,950 sqft.

Utilities are a flat $150 a month and include gas and electric, water, and high-speed internet.

I am a 35-year-old female from California who moved to Philadelphia a couple of years ago to start a Ph.D. program at Temple. I purchased this place when I moved here with the hope of finding some great roomies to make up the other bedrooms! I consider myself a pretty social person who is fond of a good happy hour, but as a graduate student, much of my time is spent reading, writing, and working.

The two other roommates living in the house are both female professionals in their late twenties to early thirties. Overall, we’re all pretty relaxed and sociable, but we do also value each other’s space and privacy. We also like to keep the space pretty tidy. We are looking to find a roommate that is a good fit and who is interested in keeping a similar home environment.
