About the room
This is a large condo with vaulted ceilings and security entrance. It has a pool and spa, patio with grill and laundry facilities on the premises. The room rental includes an underground parking spot, large walk in closet and private full bath. The room is large with room for a small fridge and microwave. The rooms are separated by a large living and dining room and the condo does have a shared entrance. The landlord does live in the other spaces. We are safe and close to freeways, 134 as well as others. This is a drug free and smoke free building. Thank you!

Owner/ Landlord is the other roomer in the shared space. The owner mostly occupies the other areas of the condo,balcony, kitchen etc. but limited use of the kitchen is fine. Thank you
