I am looking to fill my one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment on the UES because I am moving in with my boyfriend. March - June with the opportunity to re-sign the lease at the end of June. The rent is very low for the size of the room and the amazing location. Two professional females in their mid-20s currently live there and are looking for another female roommate. They are respectful, clean roommates with a great wok/life balance.

The rent is $1,315 per month plus utilities (approx $50/month). The apartment is right next to the 4/5/6, N/Q/R/W and F trains. It is within walking distance of Bloomingdales, Sephora, Equinox, Sweetgreen, Whole Foods, Morton Williams, Home Depot, etc.
