Three adult roommates looking for a 4th to fill one private bedroom in our completely furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2900 square foot home!

The house is in Columbia Heights on the northern edge of Northeast Minneapolis, conveniently located close to Central Avenue bus lines, great parks, walking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. It features large bedrooms, all wood floors, off-street parking, a workout room with wall mirrors, a dishwasher, garage with spacious attic, 3 season porch, finished tiled basement, washer and dryer, a ton of storage space, and more!

The house is completely furnished as far as furniture and basic life/house stuff so it’s best if you don’t have a ton of furniture and belongings aside from those to go in your personal bedroom. We do have some storage available in the basement or garage attic if you have other items that you’d like to keep but we don’t have space for.

Details: -Lease timeline, move-in date whenever (sooner the better!) until July 31 with option to possibly renew for another year. -Initial security deposit of $425 due at lease signing. -Rent is $425 a month, plus an additional $50-150 a month for electric, gas, and internet, time of year depending. -House is responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
