The unit is within walking distance of the Financial District (4 blocks), Union Square (3 blocks), and 1 block away from The Fairmont Hotel. If you need to take BART or Muni, my place is within walking distance of Powell Station (5 blocks).
Trader Joes (Hyde Street) 10 minutes walking distance. LiveFit gym is one block away from my building. Walgreens (Powell Street) 5 minutes walking distance. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. ***washers & dryers are located in the basement. There is no car garage available or dishwasher in the unit. The unit is on the second floor facing the back of the building. There is a $25 fee for the background check. I will explain the process over the phone. The room is furnished. I am asking for $1,800 per month ( Wi-Fi, water included). We will split the PG& E bill. We will share the foyer, bathroom, and kitchen along with household upkeep. Deposit amount is $700.
