About the room
Fully furnished bedroom in a two bedroom townhouse apartment available from March 11, 2019. The room is spacious with a TV, queen size bed, closet and one dresser.
There is 1 bathroom on upper level and 1/2 of the bathroom on the lower level of the apartment. Laundry is in the building. Living room, bathroom, and kitchen are shared.
This room is great for someone who is looking to be in a central location on west side of the city. It is close to Santa Monica, UCLA, Century City and Culver City.
The other roomed is occupied by two people, brother and sister in their mid to late 30s. This is a temporary arrangement. In a month and a half my brother will leave to his apartment and I will be the only other occupant in the apartment.
