East Superstition Springs Boulevard

Its a very nice area with a lot of essentials very close by such as Costco, Fry’s, CVS, and others. There is a nice pond by the apartment that is always full of geese and sometimes some ducks. The apartment itself is a split concept so the rooms are not connected (less noise) and it comes with an in unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom is the one you would take over as I need to have my PC in the smaller bedroom closer to the router. The apartment is pet friendly but to only 1 pet at a time. I currently have no pets so if you have a cat or dog please feel free to bring em (I love animals). Just recently got out of a relationship and a lot of items were hers so the place will be a bit bare other than a couch and dining table so feel free to bring over any cups, utensils, pots/pans you would like, there is certainly space for it

Its just me at the apartment. I work from home and currently work 2 jobs while trying to save up for school. I am very nerdy and a homebody and will stay in my room for long periods of time so the communal spaces will be empty most of the time. My room may get messy but that mess does not leak into the common areas. Also I like to cook so meals for both of us if you ever want to partake. I tend to talk louder on average but when the quiet hours hit I am quiet.
