I’m looking for a roommate to fill a spot in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in North Park starting June or July 1st. Price is ~$1500/month. Water is covered by landlord, so the only other utilities are internet and SDGE (~$100/month). The apartment is newly renovated so all appliances are relatively new, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer as well. This location is truly ideal in the heart of North Park with Vons right across the street and all the good eateries just a 5 minute walk away (96% walkability score)! I’d love a roommate similar in age/gender as me who I can become good friends and spend quality time with.

I’m 24 years old and work from home as a Creative Project Manager. I love the beach, snowboarding, traveling, food, music/festivals, going out, movie nights in, and trying new coffee shops/bars/restaurants! I’m pretty organized, clean, and respectful.
