This place is quiet and is in a nice neighborhood that has a circular park within walking distance. The nearest major road, which can be driven under 5 minutes, is South Main Street. Safeway and Walmart is a few lights away from heading onto S. Main Street.

Note: If there are two individuals who would like to rent the room together. Please, keep in mind that the rental price will increase slightly to accommodate extra use of utilities, electricity, water, etc.

The renter will be able to use the kitchen appliances. Including the refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Rent includes utilities.

The bathroom is private. It is located by the room and down the hallway.

This room faces the front of the home and is the closest room to the front entrance. A bed is available. And a dresser and/or nightstand can be setup (if needed) when we agree on a start date. The room, including the entire house, has tiles (no carpet). The bathroom is shared. The kitchen is open for use, as are all other appliances such as: the washing machine, dryer, refrigerator (and freezer), stove, oven, and microwave. Parking your car is easy.

Wi-Fi accessible. TV can be setup (unless you already have one). Cable for the TV can also be set up when you are ready to rent.
