Single room available for rent in a town house. Very close to Route 3 in a quiet area. You will be sharing the upper portion of the house with two others, bathroom is shared. The room mates are really private and keep to themselves and expect the same from any potential room mates as well. Rent is 800$, plus utilities add up to 60-70$. Since the house is heated by propane, there will be a propane bill once every 2-3 months for about 90-100$ during winter alone. Please text if you’re interested in the place.
