La Mancha Drive

I am looking for a roommate as soon as possible. The new rent will start March 5 and will last through July 1. You can stay beyond these time limits if interested. The complex is called Parkway Crossing, they offer a free gym, dog park, washer and dryer accommodations and will have a pool opening this summer. Each apartment has both heat and air conditioning. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is recently remodeled with brand new appliances. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and porch. The complex is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. They have a maintenance worker on site during their office hours.

My boyfriend and I are 20 years old. We have been living in this apartment for 7 months. We are quiet people that rarely have company over. We have the living room, porch and kitchen furnished. The room available has a closet and window and is very clean.
