Your bedroom is upstairs along with your own private bathroom/ shower. Your bedroom has plenty of windows for natural sunlight. Bedroom is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own furniture as well.

Rent is $1,500 and is due every 1-3rd of each month along with a $750 deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease minus a $150 cleaning fee taken out after you move out.
