The home is all adult and a very low-key atmosphere kept at a comfortable 72-73 degrees in the Summer and a little warmer during the short Florida Winter. No pets, non-smoking, definitely not a party house. Sun porch for reading and relaxing. The bedroom is fully furnished with a computer workstation table w/chair, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV w/remote, cable, Wi-Fi, full-sized dresser, king-sized bed, Teak headboard, 2 nightstands with 2 lamps, original artwork available to add to the bedroom. It is suggested you bring your own pillows, new or used. Clean linens are provided unless you prefer your own king-sized sheets and pillowcases. All tile downstairs all carpet upstairs; there is a Weber gas grill for your use. Close to Valencia College West campus, at the West end of Restaurant Row, Dr. Phillips YMCA, Orlando Public Library are within walking distance. Grocery shopping moments away (Two Publix, Fresh Market, Whole Foods). Dr. P. Phillips Hospital 3 miles away; Disney area; Orlando Health medical complex, 2 blocks away; Office Depot nearby. The area is great for walking, jogging and bicycling. Again, the atmosphere is all adult, private, responsible and professional. Great place to come home to after work or school and just kick back.
