The apartment has central air and is updated with new counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances. Gas oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Ceiling fan in the living room. Living room has hardwood floors, fireplace and bedrooms are carpeted. Balcony access off of the living room.
