About the room
Condo, in the Arroyo Vista community, with one room available immediately! Includes utilities. Located in Murrieta; major cross streets Whitewood and Murrieta Hot Springs road. There is already tenants in the condo, so new tenants would need to interview with them. The bedroom is on the second floor and will share a bathroom. Shared laundry, kitchen, family room and dining area. One parking space available in the attached garage, all other parking is on the street just outside the complex. Complex amenities include a gathering area and playground across the street (but not too close ), and a large pool and spa walking distance from the condo.
About the roomies
One tenant is in the master, 2 are in the room next door and share the bathroom. All are quiet and respectful.
