We are the owners of the apartment and invite you to come experience co-living firsthand. The apartment is currently vacant, awaiting new tenants to share their LA experience together!
This huge three bedroom, two bath apartment has been renovated and furnished with modern style:
- New cabinets, quartz countertops, and tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms
- Modern wood plank flooring throughout the living and bedrooms spaces
- Brand new furnished living and dining room areas
- Stocked kitchen with tableware and kitchenware, ready for home cooks

Our co-living package includes the following for a low monthly fee:
- Utilities (no need to worry about how to split bills with your roommates!)

Concerned with sharing a space with strangers? We are committed to incorporating our tenants’ opinions and concerns in the application process. In addition to our own application process, our tenants will be able to join the process to ensure compatibility with anyone they will be sharing the space with!
