Sunrise East Way

I have 1 Bd (unfurnished) available now in a 2Bd / 1Ba apartment right behind Sunrise Mall in Legacy Park Apartments available immediately for the right fit. It’s fairly quiet here and friendly. I’ve been here for a little over 5 years now and can’t complain. $595 per month plus share of internet/smud. $200 deposit. First month and deposit moves you in.

The open bedroom is roughly 9.5’ x 11’ with a large wall closet. The rest of the apartment is already furnished. I do have an extra desk, chair, futon and side table if needed. I do not have Cable TV. The “living room” has been converted into more of a working / sitting room as I currently work from home on a computer (Web developer / Designer). Room can be made if you would like to setup a desk as well.

I am a 38 year old male, I do not smoke cigarettes or drink. No medications, only vitamins and the rare advil/excedrin. 420 friendly. I do not have any kids or pets and hope for the same. I am a workaholic, news junkie, clean but not obsessively, cook all of my own food, make my own bread, try to eat healthy and do not own a microwave.

My ideal roommate will be honest, clean, quiet, respectful, hard working, has a history of paying their bills on time and has a good sense of humor. No anti/never Trumpers please, we won’t get along. No drama or BS. A male would be best being we will be sharing a bathroom, but I am open to the right person.
