Looking to rent out 1 of my extra rooms. I have a 3 bed, 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom is furnished and ready to move in or you can bring your own. 1 of the rooms has a queen bed with a dresser and tv. The 2nd room has two twin beds. You get your own bathroom. Living room and kitchen are shared areas. Pool and bar deck in back yard for summer entertainment. This location is 10 minutes from ACU and GCU schools. And 15 minutes from Honor Health deer valley.

No longterm contract needed. month-to-month basis is ok with us.

Just needing a good fit to rent 1 of my extra rooms to help with these ridiculous housing prices! I am usually at work or the gym during the week. On the weekends im out of the house enjoying the night life, clubs, or the outdoors. If im home then im in the backyard with the bbq grill, and swimming pool. No drama and mind my own. like to cook so there is nothing off-limits in the kitchen. Just ask you contribute with replacing food items. No drugs as I work in the law enforcement field. Don’t mind Marijuana, just no smoking inside the house. And i have an 8 month old Labrador puppy!
