I am looking for a roommate to fill up one of the rooms I have available in my 3bd/2ba home in Haines City starting at the beginning of April.

The location is about 30-40 minutes away (depending on I-4 traffic) from Walt Disney World and SeaWorld, and about 50 minutes away from Universal.

The house is only 2 years old and has all major appliances such as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and microwave.

There are two rooms available to choose from and a private restroom. Rent would be $750/month with utilities included.

There are plenty of retail locations next to the house such as:

• Publix/Winn-Dixie - 10 minutes
• Walmart - 8 minutes
• Numerous Restaurants and Fast Food places (McDonalds, Chick-fil-a, Manny Chophouse, etc.)
• Posner Park which is somewhat similar to Winter Garden Village and has a Target, Best Buy, Ross, Books-A-Million, Cineopolis, and many more retailers being built soon.
