It’s an upgraded, 1193 sq/ft, top floor apartment with kitchen island, walk-in closets, view of residential pool and plenty of sunlight and space!!! BART is just right in front!

The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. You will be joining my lease which ends in September 2019. You will be getting the Master Suite with an attached bathroom. There is cable, high-speed internet, and an optional parking spot for you in the garage (extra cost).

About Me:

I’m a positive, easy-going, well-traveled gentleman in my early 30’s. I work full time on the weekdays and enjoy a nice glass of wine after work. I like to keep the place very well kept and organized. I love music and enjoy the city life on the weekends.

About you:

In your early twenties- forties with a full time job. You are an honest person who is respectful and helps keep the living room and kitchen clean. Occasional guests are fine.
